冬草 ーフユクサ　という集いをはじめました




小さな部屋を　ここちよくととのえて

ゆったりとした時間

あたたかいごはん

たのしいひと時

おなじ気もちをもつ人たちと

日々のしあわせをわかち合い
小さなよろこびを紡ぎたい
　　　　　　　　


なにか　わたしなりにできること

まわりの人たちのことばに励まされ
一緒に歩をすすめてくれる友人の存在に励まされ
小さな一歩を踏みだすことができました



いちばんはじめは
写真のつどい
年末のいそがしいなか
我が家にあつまってくれてありがとう

じゅうぶんな準備ができなかったかもしれないけれど
すこしでも楽しんでいただけたでしょうか



年があけたならば

編み物、刺繍、石けんづくり、読書、おやつづくり
小さなおみせ....

かたちになるか　どうか
わからないけども
まだまだ夢はひろがります

そんな夢がみられるだけでも　今は

ああ　しあわせ...

making my tiny room a bit more cozy to
gather together for slow handworking
with some handmade food and sweets,

with people who share, or feel close to us,
and appreciate 
a simple way of life and happiness.

i was thinking what i can do, for a long time

and with some encouraging words and
the friend who walks with me

i (we) have started it on a cold winter day




at first, we had a workshop on photograph
here at my place.

thank you for gathering here
on that day taking your time.

could have been planed and prepared better,

i don't think it was enough,

but hope you have enjoyed it.



and in the next coming year 2013

knitting, stitching, reading, tiny shops....
we're planning many things to come...(i hope)

not even 'here' at home but

here! on the net online we'll meet;

we can do many things, i believe.

although i'm not sure if we can realize them all at once
it's like dreams yet

but, you see, how happy i am...now
just dreaming tiny pleasures to come
in the near future

and i hope you'll join us.

short marathon

beautiful warm day
like autumn still stays here

joined a citizens' marathon meeting yesterday

and for the first time, i have finished
running for 10 km in my life,
in a time about 80 min
which means it was also for the first time
i've run with a average pace of within 8 min/km,

very short distance and very slow pace, i know, but
i was so surprised at myself, cause
even running for 2 km, it's been taking more than
8 min/km.

thanks to the people running around,
the people cheered me up along the road and
to my husband patiently has run slowly with me.

雲ひつとない 美しい日でした
秋がなごり惜しんでいるような 暖かい日でした

家族みなはじめて 市民マラソンで走りました
この２ヶ月ほど体調を崩したり 寒かったりで
ほとんど走っていませんでした

ですから半分くらいしか走れない と思っていました
ほとんど勝手に申し込んでしまった夫をうらみました

ところがところが！　走り始めてみると
まわりのランナーの存在や
（併走してくれた夫ももちろん）
沿道で応援してくださる人々のおかげで
ほとんど歩かずに（途中なんどかはもちろん）
10キロ完走！することができました

今だから言いますが
いままで10キロ走ったことはありませんでした
練習でも６キロが最高　普段は２キロあまり。。
お恥ずかしいくらいの運動不足
しかも平均ラップタイムは２キロランの時でさえ
（坂の多い住宅地とはいえ）１キロ８分以上
それが足切りタイムの80分以内にぎりぎりゴール
（平均ラップ７分50）
自分が信じられない思いです
（神だのみが効いたのかもしれません）

もう絶対にマラソンなんて出ない と思っていましたが
（今もほぼそうですが）
自分の未知の力を引き出してくれるもの
その味を知ったら やめられなくなるのかもしれません
私はもう少し 走ることを日常的に続けられるように
これからも少しずつ頑張りたいです

every year it blooms
in the garden next to my place
and i enjoy just watching them
from my place

or do i love its cream and green shades

a winter white day

autumn fairies

red, orange, yellow
brown, gold, dark brown....

with how many colors of autumn leaves
does nature inspire me every day

bigger leaves which cover them well


and flower fairies for spring
under tiny petals


i made them for a waldorf school market
but i enjoyed making them itself

with plant-color felt,
hand-dyed by my friend,
which is really beautiful and
gives me many inspirations 

もうすぐシュタイナー学校での
ちいさなお店の日がやってくる

何かの足しになれば　と
息子が幼稚園の時に作ったきりの
おぼろげな記憶をたよりに　
小さな妖精をつくってみた

フェルトの色をみて花や葉の形を想像する

こっくりした色味は秋にぴったり
淡い色合いは花の妖精

友達が染めてくれた草木の色が素敵で
種々の植物に思いをめぐらす

そんな過程もたのしい
