ice cream







over 35 deg. C almost everyday this week... can you imagine?


coconut milk and pineapple ice cream, made with
fermented rice koji yeast (tastes like ama-zake) and cooked brown rice.

猛烈な暑さ...
暑い空気のなかを泳いでるよう

ココナツミルクの缶を開けたのでアイスクリームに。
パイナップルダイスと麹酵母、残りご飯などで。
(麹酵母は非加熱で発酵させであり、甘酒のような味)

それにしても盛ったはじからどんどん溶ける...
