いちねんのおわり に想う

 
わたしにとって今年はどんな年だったのか...

 
自然のいとなみによりそうくらし
季節のうつりかわりのなかで養われる感覚
天体の動きに導かれた歩み
 
暗闇のなかに光をみつけること

自分の内なる声にしたがうこと

本来のわたしに戻っていくこと



 そのようにみちびかれた一年でした


ことし...
立春からを振り返ってみる

春分
夏至
秋分
冬至

 
太陽と月のうごき
めぐりくる新月と満月
星々のうごき

その流れのなかで生きてきたのだぁと




そして大晦日
 

目をつぶり
いつもそこにあるものを感じる

満天のほし
 
おおきな宇宙のなかのわたし
 
わたしのうちのはてしない宇宙

なんて美しい自然の摂理のなかを
私たちは生きているのでしょう
活かされているのでしょう

 

そう想うと
胸がいっぱいになった
 

わたしにもたらされたもの

全てがご縁でありギフトであったと

 

今年もありがとうございました

 

みなさまにとって2018年も
うつくしいとしとなりますように

looking back this year,
a few hours left (for me).

it was for me (and for you):

a life along the nature's being

sensing changes of the seasons

a path which was led by the stars

finding a light in the darkness

following own inner voices

going back to my-'original'-self

along the year:

from the beginning of 'spring'
there were

spring equinox

summer solstice

autumnal equinox

winter solstice

i was there in the season's cycle

and now on new year's eve

when i close my eyes

i see the sky full of stars

me in the universe

and cosmos in myself

sun and moon

new moon to full moon

stars and planets

and our earth

how beautiful is the world
we all live in

and we are made to live in

when i think of this

there's only one thing i feel

how much grateful that i am here

meeting all of you

thank you so much for being here

helping and encouraging me all the time

i wish you all the newly coming year
to be wonderful and full of bliss

yukino

my lake

down by my lake
in the shade of pine trees

the water, pale light blue green,
so clean
sand or water grasses can be seen below

golden dusts
twinkling as they catch the sun light
like fairy dusts


pattern of sun ray
slowly moves as i swim quietly

sense
with my pale hands stretched out
far and far beyond
white translucent surface of my skin

sounds and twinkles of
bubbles as i exhale little by little


just floating looking above the sky

hear
my breath
only its sound can be heard
and my song

sun light bright, white clouds, mountains far,
sky, mi cielo
even the depth or highest universe
might be seen
to the shore of my silver lake

 

毎とし 夏をすごす湖
岸辺の松の木陰

底まで透けてみえる水
ゆらゆら水草
陽をうけて輝く砂　妖精の粉

感じる
あかるい青緑の水
ずっとずっとむこうまで
青白い自分の手
白い肌は半透明のようで

口から漏れるあぶくが輝き
ぽこぽこ音をたてる世界

耳を澄ます
じっと浮かんでいると
自分の呼吸の音だけが聞こえる
あの歌をうたう

みあげる空
太陽 白い雲 その向こうの青い空
宇宙の果ての星までみえるような
銀色の岸辺を想う

walk in the light

 

歩くということ
片足ずつあげる・うごかす・おろす
一見 単純な動作の中に
あらゆるものがふくまれている

そのような歩くという動きに
意識をむけた時間がありました
前に４歩 後ろに４歩 ゆっくり

前にすすむときは前に広がる世界を感じて
後ろにすすむときは後の世界を感じながら

みえない世界に向かってすすむのは
ゆっくりとはいえ
少しこわくもあります

そこに広がっている無限の宇宙

ただ 私には背後でだれかが
見守ってくれているような安心感がありました

前に進むときは
最初の一歩を注意深く見守り
後ろに戻るときは
ころばないよう見守っていてくれる
そしてもとの場所に無事もどれたら
だまって受け止めてくれる存在

そのような人の存在を いつも
こころのなかに 感じられたら

その日みた空が こころのなかに
あたたかい光をとどけてくれました






 

 last week at the Eurythmy class we walked, 
just walked step by step so slowly 
then walked backward slowly feeling the world behind us. 
you know stepping backward without seeing back is a bit scary. 
you can easily feel the world ahead but 
hard to feel things behind you. 
it's much broad and unknown like your unconscious world. 

but then I found and could feel someone in the light behind me

 
when I make my first step forward,
you are watching me carefully
when I'm coming back backward,
you are waiting for me not to fall down
when I'm back and stand by myself
you catch me safely

I can walk my way and make my life 
because you accept me like this. 
thank you so much for holding me always in your mind
like the sky of the day lit me in my heart
